Biography
Michael McKay is an associate attorney in Becker, Kellogg & Berry, P.C.'s personal injury department. Prior to joining the firm, he litigated hundreds of personal injury cases on behalf of the nation's largest insurance company. Tired of working to save insurance companies pennies on a balance sheet, he now uses the skills, experience, and understanding he gained "on the inside" to fight against those same companies and get you the money you deserve.
Mr. McKay received his bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Industrial Management, with a minor in Economics. He then pursued a law degree at George Mason University and was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2015. Prior to focusing on personal injury, he developed his skills with a local boutique firm that litigated a wide variety of commercial disputes that involved tens of millions of dollars.
